Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached, and include your printed returns slip inside.

  Ship with Care

  Generate your digital QR code or print a shipping label through the portal, then drop off your package at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-14 working days.
